Calling all future doctors
Applications available in January for UCSF Fresno's Doctor's Academy

FRESNO - On Jan. 8, 2003, Sunnyside High School will make applications available for the highly competitive Doctor’s Academy Program. The Doctor’s Academy is a four-year high school preparatory program geared for students interested in a career in the health services professions.

The meeting will be held in Sunnyside High School’s theatre, located at 1019 S. Peach Avenue (corner of Peach and Kings Canyon), on Wednesday, Jan. 8, at 6:30 p.m.

The informational meeting is open to all middle school students considering a career in the health services professions. Parents are encouraged to attend. Current Doctor's Academy students will be on hand to talk about their experiences and tours of the campus will be available.
